These terms cover using Golfriend to book at a golf venue or to run one. Golfriend is operated by Webonology in Ontario, Canada.

Booking at a venue

• Your booking is with the venue. Its own booking policies (cancellations, refunds, house rules) are on its booking site under Booking policies, and apply to your visit.
• Card payments are taken by the venue through Stripe. Refunds follow the venue's policy.
• A time is only yours once it is paid or confirmed. Unpaid holds end after a few minutes.
• Hour packages, gift cards and memberships are used at the venue that sold them, on the terms shown when you bought them.

Running a venue

• Venues are responsible for their prices, policies, customer communications and the bays themselves.
• Golfriend's fees are as agreed with each venue, charged per booking and, where agreed, monthly. Stripe's card processing fees are separate, set by Stripe and paid by the venue.
• Venues only send promotions to customers who agreed to them, as Canada's anti-spam law requires.

Fair use

Do not misuse the service: no fake bookings, no attempts to get into accounts or data that are not yours.

Liability

We work hard to keep Golfriend running, but cannot promise it never goes down. As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any loss is limited to the fees paid to us for the booking concerned.
