Questions owners ask
Which simulators does bay power work with?
Any of them. A smart plug or relay (Shelly) switches the power to the bay, so it doesn't matter which simulator or software you run.
Do I need new hardware?
Not for booking and payments. For automatic bay power you need a Shelly smart plug or relay per bay, and door links work with OpenPath (Avigilon Alta) access control.
How do I get paid?
Through your own Stripe account, straight to your bank. Stripe charges its own card processing fee on each payment.
Can I use my own web address?
Yes. Every venue gets yourname.golfriend.ca, and you can connect your own address, like book.yourvenue.ca.
Can my staff use it?
Yes. Invite your team and each person signs in with their own account.
Is anything public while I set up?
No. Your booking page stays hidden until you open it.
